Why is it difficult to get a job after obtaining education?

It doesn't make sense to me. How can you gain experience on a job, that you have prepared yourself for by obtaining education? Often times when you apply for the job the employer tell you to come back once you get experience. Does that make sense to anyone? Why is a common issue?

I have another question.

Why do I need a degree in order to get a job doing what I have been doing since 1993? Even worse why do companies hire these young people with degrees, pay them out the yin yang, and then require their under paid experienced employees to train them?

BTW, did you finish obtaining your education? Please check your grammar. Your gripe is about not understanding why you are having difficulties obtaining a job after "preparing yourself by obtaining (an) education" by improperly articulating the written word.

No offense intended...

First off smart butt, I am an entrepreneur making 7 figures. I don't need to worry about your nonsense. Secondly, smarty the word ( an) is always used before a vowel. Yes, most employers want experience people with a degree. However, you can't get experience without a chance to perform. No offense intended!!!!!

If you are making 7 figures, why are you even asking the (original) question? It seems to me you would have no worries. By the way, may I work for you?

7 figures would have to be at least one million dollars!
LOL
