Measure H is the idiotic brainchild of our emclp gang. Mayor Quiintero, Rio Hondo CC Trustee Norma Garcia, Councilwomen Vikky Martinez and Norma Massias, Mt. View Elementary. Trustee, and Betsti Salcido want to impose a fat tax on 700+ beverages.
