Watching the parade on tv, I didn't think the two announcers and the tv cameras were together some of the time.

Maybe it was because of their separate locations - but, sometimes what was on the tv was not what they were talking about. Maybe next year they can iron that problem out.

Larry and Alexandra were lovely, as always.

Also, please show MORE of the people BEHIND the governor and mayor, especially the school committee who serve without any compensation, only complaints.

The announcers were not on there game yesterday, for whatever reason. Maybe the parade is getting old for them. Way to much Veteran's theme. Did like the BMC float, NOT.

Larry retired once and should have stayed retired! Can't keep his mouth shut during the few bands the parade has, and is full of himself with self patronization.

It appears that Larry and Alexandra were not located near the reviewing stand. So many units did not perform while in front of them.

I would be watching one thing on TV and they were talking about something else.

Poor coordination, for sure. And I agree, it's not necessary for such LONG coverage for the gov. and mayor.

I would love to know if the ordinance was in effect for the time you could set up chairs. We get up every year @ 5 so we can get "our" spot and when we got there it was taken. Were people just setting up their chairs and leaving ? I thought you couldn't do that.

I thought the parade was great. It's something that our family looks forward to going to every year. This year we brought friends who had never been, and they thought it was wonderful. You can't really get the full experience unless you're there, and we'll continue to go and enjoy this parade for years to come. Great Job!

I must agree, as announcers they are idiots. They should widdle down, like the Corvette Club, who cares!Too many politicians. Should give thanks to bands like the one from Ghent and Eagles who play all the way. They pay big bucks for so called elite band who play at beginning and end of parade only.

Get rid of all the balloons and solicit the remaining Berkshire County business to build floats.......these fire trucks are nice and all but how many of them can you see before you don't care?

Your video of the 'parade' looks more like an advertisement for the band that was featured - numerous times - throughout the video. How about some video of the other groups, individuals or organizations that 'marched' in the parade.

I thought the same thing. It was definitely an ad for that band.....A band I didn't care for. There were so many others that were better.

But, hey, that's the Eagle!

Parade was wonderful but I felt trapped with all the political annoyances. I was there to enjoy the parade, not sign a petition to elect/re elect someone.

when confronted by a rude ignorant political annoyance, one must react in a defensive manner. don't let them make you feel trapped. tell them to get away from you.

the real show was the fat people watching the parade, covered in tatoos. Those people should wear more clothes, not less.
