$120,000 for this!
Typical Liberal touchy-feely hogwash!
Gee, can anyone guess just what the study will end up recommending after that $120K is spent?

I have some advice for free. Go eat a salad and stop eating processed crap all the time. And it would hurt to get outside and move around a little bit. For once heller you may be onto something. It does appear that the liberals want everyone to
live a safe and secure existance with no pain or emotion. It's really scary.

The Health Nazi's have come to the Berkshires. Here's a clue, STOP TELLING US WHAT TO DO!! Let us live our lives. We are responsible enough to make our own decisions. We have a right to make our own decisions. You live your life and we'll live ours. I have made a life long decision not to smoke and not to do drugs. I've done it all by myself without anyone telling me to do it. If someone makes decisions about their life that you don't feel they should, too bad, they will pay the consequences for their actions. Go Away.

Liberals can take away freedom like the Nazi's could only dream of doing!

There goes my beer and butt(if I chose to) in the Tri-Town.

I think its time to get out of this Nazi neighbor hood!

Here's an even better idea for Tri-Town!
Tri-Town should give me the $120G's and I'll do the work of creating the study and the recommendations.
First recommendation:
Come morning, wake up!

A 120,000 dollars spent to change one person from becoming a diabetic would save THE PRIVATE INSURANCE COMPANY that funded the study 100,000 dollars more.

So why are you people complaining?

And you think a study is going to change a person's genetic predisposition to diabetes?
Keep drinking the Liberal Kool-Aid.

Genetics are 50% of everything, environment is the other half.

The things we have been putting in our bodies is what has lead too diabeties and cancer. So go water down some other thread before you go and rant and medical issues and how they could be prevented.

Why do you care about what a private company does?Wouldn't this be a text book way of putting more dollars in the hands of the CEO of the future while giving good PR.

I think our habbits are hereditary more than a certain disorder or disease. Like for instance you develope the eating patterns of your parents and to much sugar from processed crappy food and not enough fiber from whole foods like fruits and vegetables you make yourself more prone to be diabetic. And of course excercise is key. The pharmecutical ind. Is to quick to label everything a disease so you buy their pills. Like acid reflux "disease" how about just stop eating crappy food that's high in sodium and all the other crap that's put in food. I eat meat, vegetables, fruits, rice and oat meal. I don't drink soda or fake juice. Although, I may stray once in a while but 99% of the time that's what I eat.
