If kids want to use tobacco, bans in pharmacies won't deter them. They'll just ask someone old enough to get it for them. The same goes with alcohol.

Sure pharmacies are in the business of promoting good health----soda-- candy???? next this will extend to convenience stores that sell cigarettes and cough drops-----of course to maintain their profits these stores will just jack up the prices on other items---keep this up and the only thing that can be sold will be condoms

Then suprmrkets with pharmacies should not sell junk food. There goes 90% of their stock and our rights to buy junk food.

I was watching the Blues Brothers with my son KC- who was probably13 or 14 at the time-- and when Jake got released from jail the property clerk returned to him one prophylactic unused and one soiled---- KC asked me what a prophylatic was--I told him it was something that a man put on his penis when he was going to have intercourse and it was designed to prevent social diseases and pregnancy---he said "Oh a rubber- why didn;t you just say so?"--needless to say that the birds and bees lecture was unecessary at that point

Clark, that story was quite funny! Kids learn more from peers than their parents and that's why many of them start abusing tobacco and alcohol amongst other things so young!

They had better research the amendment regarding "nicotine delivery devices" if they want to affect e-cigarettes. The federal court ruled those are "tobacco products" and NOT drug delivery devices.
