LETTERS TO HOSH BARNABEL/WSJ
__________

Ned Baldwin claimed to be doing some gardening at 5 Leahy Crossroads,Ma., when he heard a blood curdling scream. He went inside to wash up, an action he said he felt a little guilty about. He then went over to Dugway Road and saw the body on the ground. He went over and felt her neck for a pulse, realizing that her throat had been slit and that she was dead. He also mentioned seeing a car coming over the mountain which he thought suspisious. This was the last I heard about this until the polygraph tests he told me about.

The fist description of his polygraph was very detailed. He claimed that a woman from the State Police, a 20+ year veteran of giving these tests, was the person who administered it. However, in 2009 he mentioned having two more tests. Like he just had lunch or something. This was before he, in the most obnoxious manner possible, came in and told our manager not to give our contractor a check I had requested the day before for a renovation we had agreed upon and was almost done. The contractor came in later in the day to be the first to find this out. Ned had come to the office around Noon-1pm and was back in Ma. long before any of us knew of this. tion. This is a 3.5-4 hour trip each way. His explanation to me by phone was laughter and "Man Up".

Dear Mr. Barbanel,

We also have a sister with whom we each own a third of a piece of land in Maine, as it should be. The only reason she was not included in the ownership of 3 East 10th Street was due to the constant "noise" Ned made about how a shareholder could cause many problems, including forcing a sale. Ned's greed knows no bounds.
