does any body else have problems getting the right parts .finally after them getting me the wrong part 3 times ,i went some where else and they gave me the right part the first time .my suggestion is they need to get someone in there that knows what there doing.

I deal with them everyday and yes it is horrible. there isn't a single person in there that knows what the hell they're doing

that is why i no longer have my account with them .bumper to bumper has my business now .and if they dont have it , will drive to another oreillys part store and get what i need .it is not the part store it self .its the people they have in there that think they know what there doing.i asked for a starter once and they gave me one that went to different kind of ride .come on how hard is it to look on that dang computer and get the right one

I use the often and have always got awesome service and they price match. I always ask for danny he is been in parts for over 16 years and he knows his stuff and if he doesn't he always takes the time to find out. They do have a few up there that aren't that good and have no business working there on that I agree.

yes danny is the part guy too go to .him or that one guy .but i have not seen him in there in a long time .i think they said he got fired .why fire a good worker .he always helped my mom out and was always polite and found me the right part always .him and danny .my opion they need to get rid of that one guy he's always so rude frank i think is his name .kills him to look a part up for me

They got a part in for me that was the wrong part. when took it back the next day they said they wouldn't give me my money back. I've had to call the home office several times.

Take your part and your receipt to Danny if its the wrong one he will replace it I know for sure because he has done it for me. If u have called home office several times then I guess they dont agree with you either because Danny tries really hard to make sure his customers are happy but there are a few nut jobs that try to cheat people and can't be made happy.

from what the big guy that works there told me .is that its the managers fault is why they cant take our parts back .he did'nt have anything really nice to say about his boss .and that the boss is always out on calls .so he can always go home early .cause i got tired of always going in there and asking for the manager and he was out they said .and i over heard one of the workers say yeah he's probably is at home

Ok so either its been forever since u have been in there or your confused on who the manager is because my husband is the boss "danny" and he is always there unless he is on inventory or sales calls which are mandatory. He works from open until 5:30/6:00 mon-fri one week and mon-saturday the next week, he gets a half fast off wednesday of the week he works saturday. i am truely blown away by some of the comments on here because anyone who really knows my husband (Danny) knows he is a good christian man who tries to help anyone he can. He knows his job well and he has been in parts business for over 16 years and is also a Guinn so he was also raised by a while family of mechanics. He can quote parts numbers from memory because he does it in his sleep lol. Please do not bad mouth my husband he would do anything to help any one out, and if your still going to bad mouth him at least have the guts to put your real name on here like a real man would do. Also he doesn't make the rules on taking parts back that is up to corporate and if you feel he should have took your part back and didnt then call the main office I bet you they will tell you the same thing he did.

mam .i'am no way bad mouthing your husband .i buy my parts in there .all i'am saying is he needs to know how his employees put him down .i know that for a fact cause the big mexican guy .sorry not good on names .told me some things .i'm not going to repeat cause for the respect of your husband .danny has always gotten me my right part .thats why i always ask for him .and if he is not there i'll come back or go down the road .

I was talking about all the comments on here not just yours and I do appreciate you saying that because he tries really hard. They guy you are speaking of is fairly new and I'm sad to hear that he is saying stuff like that because Dan always brags on what a good worker he is. If you were told Danny is never there and always home I can assure you that is not the case, he spend so much time there I often load up the kids so we can go see him. If you were told that they won't take your returns because Danny said not to, that just isn't true and I encourage you to call Dan and if it is a return he can make I know 100% he will do it. The only reason I can think of for them telling you that is maybe they didnt know how to do it because he has a lot of new employees. Please call and talk to Danny I know he appreciates your business and will try hard to get to the bottom of this and make sure you are satisfied. :)

I sent Danny a link to this page, hopefully he can find it. Please call him about your return, I asked him and he said never told the guys not to take back returns and that if you call him he will get to the bottom of this.

best parts guy in there is danny ,johnny in day time and david in the evenings when danny and johnny is not there .my advice is that got rid of all the good employee's and hired ones that don't know there ass from a hole in the ground .jess was a good part guy and also ole damon .tell you he stayed open for me one night helping me with a part was after closing .he did not once act like he was in a hurry .went in there close to closing just a few days ago and they act like it was going to be the end of time cause they stayed 15 mintues over .that just made this ole man want to tell them where they could put that part.

Lol you were lied too and they check that kind of stuff. The only way to get his discount is to mary him and I've already done that.
