Hey Payne County Resident! You don't think County, State and Federal Tax Warrants are a serious enough issue to not vote for the present Sheriff? Check out Okcountyrecords.com click on Payne Co and put in Noel Bagwell. If a man can't handle his own money what makes you think he can budget the Payne County Sheriff's money, which by the way is in the red. Why do you think Bagwell hasn't hired any new employees, which are badley needed. Maybe the remaining deputies should be considered. They're being overworked and stretched to their limitations. It's only a matter of time before another critical incident occurs in Payne County all due to lack of qualified leadership presently in office. It's obvious that your the snake coiled up in the corner striking out at "D.O.G." and it sounds like it's been brewing for a long time. I know fear, jealousy and envy of another person will bring that out in people. So why don't you keep your opinions to yourself, especially about the good men and women who only want to do their jobs for the citizens of Payne Co,only to be shut down by unqualified people in charge.

Explain to me how the county is operating in the ďredĒ you obviously have no clue what you are talking about. By law the county cannot operate in the red. And which officers are being ďstretchedĒ for someone who knows so much really knows nothing so why donít you go play with the snake in the corner and worry about your own life for awhile. Why donít you go look up RB Hauf to you all are blasting this deputy for being a drunk he was never convicted on such a crime. But Hauf was...

Payne County Resident who writes from out of state.
HMMMM... for someone who claims to do research let me give you some facts which can be verified.
1. I was not fired at Stillwater Police department, nor asked to leave. I quit to go back to school and to address some personal issues in my life. I don't think that they would have allowed me to give three weeks notice if I had been fired.
2. I never had a vehicle accident at Stillwater Police Department. Look it up.
3. Yes, I had an accident at Payne County, I was inattentive and collided with a vehicle who had stopped in front of me to turn left. It was my fault, I was reprimanded, and it was in the paper. Front page if I remember.
4. The other time that my vehicle was damaged was when I struck a concrete block hidden in a trash sack on 6th Ave while attempting to overtake a pair of violators proceeding east bound on 6th with two kegs sitting in the bed of the pick-ups. traffic concerns dictated either striking the trash sack or a citizens vehicle. I took the trash sack.
Your presentation of "research" and "fact" is lending itself to libel and/or slander.
To address the rest of your drivel would take too much of my time and is not worth the effort. From your words I doubt that you know R.B. or I that well and are meerly a nameless tool regurgitating that which you are fed. Have a nice day!

I never blasted this deputy or his family. They have been only in my prayers since the accident. Shame on you for putting words in my mouth. You are obviously so emotionally attached to Noel Bagwell that you can't tell the difference between fact and fiction. As a concerened citizen of Payne County I have the right and duty to voice my concerns. I feel that Justin has been let down by the system and has been cheated out of a positive career in law enforcement.

i agree with namfanek bagwell was delt this hand and he is playin it you have to give everyone a chance he has givin people chances some have takin them adn straight up other hve blow him off and now they are no longer employed by him. and as for this not being politidcally motivated there are sure alot of hauf for sheriff being slung around here. i recently talked to sheriff bagwell about this and he has already set in motion for remedial driving courses. as for bagwell not being a field deputy he wasnt for the sheriffs office her he was a police officer for the city of cushing before goin to Payne county sheriffs office. where he worked his way up the ladder through hard work. he did not quit when he got passed up for undersheriff the first time unlike others. he just went on doing his job. i like how people get on here and forget to mention facts.. BAGWELL FOR PAYNE COUNTY SHERIFF!!!!
Bagwell was never a certified Police Officer for Cushing PD try DOG CATCHER!!!!!

Nobody said she had a gun, I said she was around guns. This means by state law she cannot even ride in a car with an armed deputy or visit a deputies residence. The gun part is not the point anyway... You just seem to hit on that to avoid the real point. The point is that she is a convicted felon working for the Sheriff's Office. Explain why she is there since you seem to know so much about the place.
And why does it matter that Bagwell inherited these employees? You guys act like he came in from another department or something. He was the freakin' Undersheriff. You don't think he had some say in the matter on whether these employees were hired?

You all can sit around and bash either side, for one thing or another. I had 6 months that I spent around Noel Bagwell, and RB Hauf; they both treated me well even though I was wearing orange. All the people treated me well when I was up there vacumming their offices, or moving files, or whatever I did. Dan Gwin was very kind to me as well, buying me Cokes, and offering me extra cup cakes for picking cigarette butts up off the courthouse lawn (IN ORANGE) These things mean alot when you are locked up, you don't get cokes, or anything else down there in that dungeon, so it was a nice gesture. People are complaining about a convicted Felon working in the Payne County Sheriffs Office.. I say SO WHAT.. she may have learned her lesson, and it may help her to be around law enforcement to keep her nose clean. She made a mistake, and thank god she has not had to pay for it all her life. I am a convicted felon, and I have COMPLETELY changed who I was, I'm not the same person that I used to be, however I cannot find decent employment due to my record. I COMMEND PCSO FOR GIVING A FELON A CHANCE. GOOD JOB GUYS! I only wish there were many others who recognize people make mistakes, and they can change if they choose to do so. I am however grateful that Dirty COP Brooke Buchanan got fired.. he had more coming than that, but at least he isn't running around with dope in his pockets, and a badge on his shirt any longer!! One more thing.. if you do the research, Payne County will hire a person if they have a record, you just cannot get a felony while you are employed there.

OJ Did It you obviously havenít been in the court house very much last time I was there prolix after you were fired the sex offenders officer wasnít carrying a gun so how is that against the law. I believe the law states that a felon cannot posses a gun. And as for HAUF4SHERIFF I think when the call was giving out it was attempted burglary and last time I checked that is a high priority call. Yet again somebody is turning this into a political issue. And as for him hiring these people you donít know whether he had a say or not where you there? I think not. And if you were there to know that he had a say or not why didnít you speak up? Once again people are making assumptions about crap they know nothing about. Assumption will make an ass out of you every time so what you say. Maybe you should check out your facts a little more carefully before you go on the internet making accusations like that.
FACT: Deputy Wrecked
FACT: his second wreck
FACT: Noel Bagwell is the Sheriff
FACT: He Inherited These Employees.
FACT: if this wasnít an election year this would never be an issue
FACT: Noel Bagwell Is the Best Man For The Job.
FACT: RB Hauf resigned because he didnít get his way
FACT: Hauf isnít Capable of Doing the Job
FACT: WE Employees Stand Behind and Endorse Noel Bagwell for Sheriff
FACT: WE Employees Will Take Nothing less Then Mr. Bagwell
FACT: Hauf doesnít have the mentality and the want to, to be come sheriff
FACT: Sheriff Bagwell HAS moved this department forward like it needed to be
FACT: Sheriff Bagwell HAS been fair to everyone under his command
FACT: Bagwell never quit when he didnít get his way
FACT: Bagwell Was Promoted to undersheriff while off on a injury
FACT: he was promoted into this position because the current undersheriff at the time wasnít fulfilling his duties
FACT: Hauf didnít do the duties of investigator and undersheriff at one time
FACT: Hauf isnít putting fourth the effort Bagwell is
FACT: I want a leader not a quitter
FACT: Bagwell worked twice if not more the case load in the same amount of time as Hauf did.
FACT: BAGWELL FOR PAYNE COUNTY SHERIFF!!!!
Payne County resident but, your posting out of Mo? We employees will stand for nothing else? Do you work there? I know that when Noel "the dog catcher" left he and two employees left so, obviously they will and did stand for it. Tina Pierce is in fact a convicted felon and should not be there in any position weather Hiner, Bagwell or Hauf is Sheriff. You speak of the law well there are procedures in place for Pierce to get a pardon if she so desires and is found worthy, should she receive it then and then should she be able to wear that uniform. Bagwell was and is a joke!!!! Being a Dog Catcher for Cushing does not give you the expiernce to be sheriff and HE WAS NOT DOING HIS JOB, THE MAN WAS AND IS A JOKE
