Why don't they renovate one of the Vicksburg Square buildings for senior housing? Wasn't the goal to find feasible use of the historic site? Put the commercial development in Shirley, it's needed in that area. Why would they put commercial and housing mixed on Grant Rd? Who is coming up with this mess?
