The address is for the Shell station, which is what was robbed. You think it's possible that the Chief told the idiot who wrote this article that it was "Shell" and the true, unbiased and informative reporter called it a "7 eleven". The dumba$$ probably didn't write the notes down correctly, forgot what the store was and said to himself....hmmmm I'll just put 7 eleven and hope I'm right.

And your the moron who picks this part of the article to comment on instead of the fact that Hopewell residents are robbing Stewartstown stores.(And get caught quickly at that) Oh and learn to spell check.

The fact that you are so quick to rip apart the reporter and praise the police is a bit much. THEY HAD THE KID ON VIDEO and the owner of the store followed him and told the police WHO they were. Not hard to pick them up when police were told who they were. Great detective work boro police. glad you can look up an address.

The reporter: 1. Misquoted the Cheif of Police (their job is to write acurate information) 2. Didn't even mention that he entered the store with a butcher knife. The Police: Yes, with the help of the store owners figured out who did it but you think the "kid" walked into the Police station and said "here I am....I did it" How do you know they got him at home? Once they got him, where ever they got him did he just confess? Your quote: THEY HAD THE KID ON VIDEO? IN A MASK STUPID!! Only because he was dumb enough to take the mask off when he didn't realize he was being chased did the owner THINK he knew who it was. Your utter disgust and hatred of YOUR police must be them traffic stops, assaults and general criminal activity that you and your friends keep committing. There is no doubt that Police in any Borough, Township or County need the assistance of the public. So before you go NOT praising the Police, they kept your sorry A$$ safe from these morons for a little while longer.

1. how do you know they mis quoted the CHIEF (learn to spellcheck)
2. The kid took his mask off after he left the store adn the owner saw him and they had him on video a week earlier WITHOUT a mask stealing from the same store. No the kids didnt walk in the police station THEY WERE LOCAL and frequent customers in the store AND THE DRIVER LIVES BY THE FIRE HOUSE. THEY (the police knew who they were and where they lived DUH) If the police actually patrolled main street and rutters a little more they may actually catch people OTHER then traffic stops. Actual criminals and as to the fact of knocking the police......please joke maybe all of the borough residents are glad to see state troopers patrolling THEY MAKE US FEEL SAFE!!!!!!!

you might be a southern York county red neck idiot if:

you have trouble driving because one hand is on the spotlight and the other is holding the gun. But thats ok 'cause your inbred cousin in the passenger seat can hold your beer and still throw emptys out the window.

You might not "Have A Friend In Pennsylvania" if your car has white plates-even though you've lived here for a few YEARS, your kids are robbing stores to fund a drug habit, you have no respect for your neighbors or their property, and proudly wear a purple shirt with the tacky gold chains around your neck.

Learn to spell check? At least I can spell "AND" you dip$H!T. Read a dictionary once and you'll also see that "misquoted" don't have a space...need we really pick on each others mis takes? LMAO. Anyway...funny how you seemingly know everything about these criminals and what occurred that day (probably a nephew of yours) You claim Stewville is YOUR town and you know soooo much about whats goin on but any other resident would say that they see the Borough Police TOO much on Main Street, Rutters (both) and any other nook and cranny of YOUR town. Get a grip on reality friend. You say the troopers make you feel safe, they should....they are Police too but when you get butt raped or get a mudhole stomped in ya and they take 45 min to an hour to get to you, the DNA may have already dried up. Stupid Hill Billy.

I agree, He wrote it down incorrectly because he was watching some 16 year old girl walk down the street in short shorts and wasn't paying attention, no fear tho his handy side kick wonder boy will get the facts and the teeny bopper......... Yes we are so safe in this town at any given time main street is safe because they dont bother checking the side streets unless its the snowball stand or rutters..........

the point to be made in all this is the fact that yes they have a badge so they are called policemen, HOWEVER their conduct is not becoming of a true officer. We all know that whether we just moved here or have been here for the last few years. The borough should just contract with the state police and let the tax dollars go there instead of paying for harassing and officials who pick and choose who is doing and what and who walks away, that is not the law that is this joke of a police force.

Does Stewartstown have a curfew?

I am wondering if these are the same 2 that were arrested a few nights ago on Coupler and Smokebox. These kids are constantly messing with property, stealing peoples stuff, throwing eggs at cars and houses. running over cars as you can see foot prints. I have been trying to find some information on this but can't seem to find anything. Does anyone know anything about it?
For your info

To Rollin W: They are both over 18, so by law they are no longer "kids" and yes the curfew I believe is 11pm. To Just Wondering: Again neither are "kids" but as far as roaming the streets...it's called "bail" and obviously some idiot paid it for him. To John K: It's not the same individuals and none of them are "kids" All these criminals that were caught are over 18. If you see an article in the paper and it states their names....they are adults since "kids" identies are protected by law.
