I have a very ornate engine torch of heavy brass 12and 1/2 inches high 3/4 inch diameter wick that has never been lit.The column is ribbed with a rope pattern,as is the chimney at the base of the column is a smooth area and also at the top.The top inscription plate is inscribed F.Cook and around the opposite side also in fancy script B L F my guess is (Brotherhood of Locomotive Firemen) I will get a couple of Photographs and put them on the site at a latter date.If anyone has any info as to F.Cook or B.L.F. Please reply.Bob
