Well now seems Mr.Carbaugh will become friends Mr.Whitman and discuss how they killed their brothers in cold blood,
With all the killings and stuff in the world now a day why would anybody hurt their own family damn if you wanna kill somebody join the freakin army navy air force or marines any one those military branches will allow you to join and take your ass to a war zone so somebody actually shoots back at ya so go ahead and give them a call, Sure beats killing your family and friends !!!!!

Did anyone else notice the handgun tucked in his waistband in the picture of him with the motorcycle? You know what they say. If you live by the gun you'll die by the gun.

I don`t know the family or the friends, but it is quite possible for a person to be great with a circle of friends, and also be horrible with members of their own family....

The group of people in that video did not live in that house with those boys since they were babies....they do not know the dynamic that was there between brothers. No one knows but who lived there and knew them from day 1. And I agree with the comment above, you can be one person with friends and your partner.....but when the doors close and it is just the family it is a whole other ball game. In those pics they showed of Brandon, to be honest he does not look like the happiest guy in the world. No one knows what either of them dealt with from childhood on. You can know some parts of a person in a short time but only when you live with someone do you truly know them.....We will never know...

Regardless of whether Brandon was a good person or not. Does him or anyone else deserve to die the horrible way he did and to think it was by the hands of his own brother! I am a true believer an eye for an eye!

It blows my mind how unbelievably ignorant and hurtful people are being over this terrible tragedy. What kind of world are we living in, when someones own brother can do such a thing, and all people are thinking about is how he,[the victem, Brandon] must have deserved it? Why? Because there's a picture of him posing with 2 things almost any young guy would be proud to have? Brandon was just like any other guy his age, he loved his vehicles , bikes, cars anything with a motor.... They were his hobby. He also liked tattoos and was into guns... How many 20 something year old guys do? So, he had tattoos and rode a street bike and sometimes got his gun out and target shot at his family's large, multiple acre, rural, wooded property... This means what Justin did was okay? Or Brandon a bad person? All we were doing with this interview was attemtping to clear the Brandon's name. It is really very sad and disturbing that people are so judgemental and jaded, to point the finger at Brandon rather than the person who committed the crime. It is hard enough to deal with losing such a good friend, even worse to have to defend him for being gunned down and betrayed by his own flesh and blood, someone he loved and stood up for his entire life.

Either way what it comes down to us there was 2 sides to him some were treated good others were not now what Justin did was wrong by all means but when people are pushed and pushed they eventually snap

Wow. I'm an outsider looking in and I'm shocked to see how many people are bashing a young fellow murdered by his own brother!!! The article in the paper along with the video stirred my heart and I was so proud of those young folks talking about what a good, kind, thoughful person Brandon was. The article was uplifting and did not try to make Brandon out to be a saint. Rather, it was just a group of his closest friends trying to make sense out of his death and allow each other some closure!! Why can't his memory be a good one? After all HE wasn't the one that shot and killed someone else, was he? I appreciate Ms Bonnie allowing the young kids to gather in her home to grieve and begin to heal over such a great loss. Your loss Bonnie, Jess, Tyler and Warren is Heaven's gain. God bless you all.

All i can say is that this is crazy Brandon never talked bad about his brother when ever you asked him about his family he had positive things to say about just about how he was a good kid he graduated and he was gonna be a big man in life so if he says all that all the time about his brother why would this whole thing be out of self defense i have known Brandon a long time he use to come over to hang out with my brother and go riding with my husband anyone that thinks this is self defense is bull OK so if it was self defense why did he chop him up thats a serial killer not a self defense victim i think Justin had a bad day and came home and there was no one else there but Brandon so he took it out on him i think he needs to go upstate and rot and when you get up stairs your gonna go straight to hell cause murder is against the bible

There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think about Brandon. All of these allegations against him saying he was violent and a 'bully' are 100% false. I clearly remember millions of times that Brandon stood up for me or helped me with something I needed. He was generous with everything and would never hurt anyone that he loved or cared about. No matter what happened, Brandon would always put other people before himself. Brandon did have a temper if you made him mad, but it wasn't violent outbursts and he would have NEVER done something compared to what Justin did. Yeah Justin and Brandon had arguments, but what two brothers don't have that? I would bet my life on it that Brandon would have never even thought about taking it to that gruesome, cold-hearted level that Justin did. I miss Brandon every single day that goes by and I wish that he would just come home again. Sometimes a certain song will come on the radio and I can't help but start crying because it reminds me of Brandon or brings back an old memory made with him. There was never a dull moment and I will never forget the time I spent with him. So many people would be happier than hell to see him and things would go back to normal. We could hang out and joke around with the Brandon all of us know and loved so much. I just wish that me or someone else could have been there to prevent what happened that day. A lot of lives have been affected by his death and no one could EVER compare to or replace Brandon.

I LOVE & MISS YOU SO MUCH BRANDON S. CARBAUGH!!

That still does not make it right for someone to MURDER their family. Every family has their problems and fights behind closed doors.. but someone who is mentally sick enough to shoot and chop up his brother should rot in jail.. FOREVER.'An eye for an eye' would be effective punishment for Justin..
