At least they admitted their fault proving the case would have been highly difficult. Hopefully their sentencing will reflect that. Also, what would you do if you were threatened with life imprisonment? Would you admit it or wait for trial? Consider Washington felony trials conviction rate, also consider the plea rate. If you're going to be stupid, you better be tough.
Setting fire to the building that held an entire winter inventory of a company's product is more than just a childhood "mess-up"
The kids were bragging about this incident to their friends, showing no remorse until they were caught. Of course they admitted to it, they were f*cked.
Put those b@stards in jail until they can pay in full for the damages they caused.
