maybe it is so that the Alaskans can stop using their airplanes to chase-hunt and kill wolves-- perhaps an answer to a prayer- mine certainly--- and countless more--- to STOP the slaughter of wolves- in such an inhumane-barbaric-aggressive- unfail- horrible manner.
