Bob, you're missing the point. This is not about trying to assassinate Travis' character, its about alcohol and motor vehicles. Would you let your kid(s) get into a car with someone who had only "one or two beers" and assume that the driver is okay to drive your kids around?
I bet you wouldn't and THAT is the point. Whether he had a high BAC or not, the fact of the matter is, if you're driving why is it acceptable to have any level of BAC above .00?
If its not okay for your kids to drive after a few beers why should it be okay for anybody else?
