Duralum Carpets, Inc. and in particular, Troy, were invaluable to our family. From a distance we needed to update my mother's home prior to selling it. Troy quickly responded to my e-mail inquiry. Through multiple phone calls he understood our needs, made recommendations, and arranged for additional services not available through Duralum. He sent carpet and vinyl samples for us to view and, by phone, helped us with selection. With very little advanced notice, he had staff measure areas to be carpeted while my brother was at the house. He continued to update me via phone and e-mail throughout the process and personally assessed the final results. We trusted him with a key to the house enabling work to be done without a family member needing to be present. This was a godsend to us in the midst of overwhelming tasks and decisions needing to quickly be made. I recommend Duralum Carpets, Inc. 250%. In an era where excellent customer service seems to be a lost art....Duralum's was caring, expert, trustworthy, skilled, and well coordinated.
