I joined 212 last November, and was very excited about the facility. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and the equipment great. It was fun being able to swim, sauna or whirlpool with just adults.
I recently had a cut in pay, and layoffs are coming - I contacted their office to let them know that financially being a bad time, I need to put my membership on hold, or discontinue until further notice. I was told by Chelsea - membership director, this was not possible - only for medical reasons or a move. In my business we have seen some cancellations, and recognize this as the financial crunch - trying to keep good relationships for the future. She admittedI had gotten bad info when joining, but, refused to make it right.
I since emailed the owners - and neither have bothered to respond. Not a great way to do business!!!

Also - side note - last 3 times I went - cold water showers, and at least 2 machines out of order!
