The Ohio House narrowly agreed Tuesday to the governor's request to move this year's State of the State address from the Statehouse in Columbus to an eastern Ohio elementary school.

I think he should give it out beside a drilling rig. I would let him do it from the deck of one of mine before we start drilling or before tearing down to move to the next site.

Here's my thought; copied and pasted my response from another thread.

Read in the paper this morning that moving the State of the State address to Steubenville will only incur minimal costs. I wonder what figure they consider "minimal"? I also found it interesting that we will pay mileage to all of our elected officials to travel there to cheer the king. Apparently they don't have TV in Steubenville, he can't mention problem areas in the state in his speech, it's better to spend money and pretend he cares. BTW- wouldn't Wilmington be a better choice?

He wants to highlight the shale drilling, Wilmington is drilling anything, except blast holes for limstone quarry
