When they say they cannot arrest those witnessing a crime. What else have they been disingenuous about?

Here it is:

{{{Since 1974, Ohio Law, Revised Code – 2921.22, states:

“no person, knowing that a felony has been or is being committed, shall knowingly fail to report such information to law enforcement authorities.”

Violation of this is a Fourth Degree Misdemeanor.}}

It's quite obvious to everyone with a functioning brain,the authorities of Stupidville ascribe to the same philosophy as that of David Cash Jr.

Here it is again:

Ohio Law, Revised Code – 2921.22
