Juniper Avenue lights up the holidays
Let there be ... Christmas lights. Thousands of visitors pile in their cars each December to enjoy the decorations on Juniper Avenue in Sterling, where the residents have an approximate 25-year-long tradition of going all out at Christmastime.

We've lived at the other end of juniper for most of those 25 yrs. It's amazing the number of cars that travel up and down this road. It's like rush hour. One year a tour bus visited Juniper ave. Cars that start at the Church road end make a U-turn at the other end to go back and see it again.

I think alot of the credit for E. Juniper Ave goes to my father Maurice Painter. We lived at 227
