The only reason why Dombrowski cares about this is because he is Jimmy Xarras' attorney and Jimmy is(was) involved in a lawsuit with Whitney over his 40(b) development. Stop asking where the "Dirty Dirt" is. Your client is the king of Dirty Dirt in Leominster.

This article isn't about Mr. Xarras Jim. Stay on topic. People want to know what happened to the dirty dirt as well as who moved it. People will not stop asking where the dirty dirt went until they get a believable answer.

This case is just beginning. Just wait until the AG's Office cuts a deal with the indicted for their real testimony vs other perps.

Due to the public funding and political taint (the taking of private property by the city of Leominster) after the Council became aware of the contamination issue, this matter may well end up being heard by a Federal Judge in Boston.

Yes, under the RICO Statute.

Should get very interesting.

Whitney: You really need to get over yourself. Your constant whining about Xarras is tired, old news - whatever he did to you in elementary school needs to be let go. See a therapist, take a pill, whatever, just stop whining about Xarras. He is not even mentioned in the article. Did you mention the lawsuit he has against you because he's winning?

How dare any city official disagree with the great and powerful Deano? He only has our best interests at heart. Off with their heads!

Notice the major mayoral concern was how much difficulty was caused by two city councilors who simply wanted to know where the dirty dirt went??? Why didn't the mayor even pretend to care about finding out where the dirty dirt went???

Common sense if it was dirty dirt before and its not now, then who moved the dirty dirt and where is it now. Whoever is responsible should be held accountable if its new or past owners. Grant should not be given until it is proven the people receiving the grant are not responsible.
