Gz's father is a retired judge, who influenced this case. 6 women on the jury.(I thought 12 jurors were required for murder?.) After a shooting, In which someone is killed, why would police wait 44 days to arrest GZ? The justice system is indeed corrupt, yet another indicator that are society is devolving. If riots break out, I'll understand why. Vigilante justice will rise up when the legal justice system fails.

a 40 year old, huge, GZ stalked that 17 year old kid, after the police told him over the phone to stop following him. There will be a civil rights lawsuit., and violence from the world outrage from this unjust verdict. Innocent people will be hurt from the frustration they feel from the justice systems corrupt decision. And a guilty man gets to walk the streets, while a 17 year old innocent kid is dead. This country is in Ruins, economically, morally, spiritually, and continues down a path of complete destruction and chaos.

And, they gave GZ his gun back! TTalk about a slap in the face to Trayvon Martin's family. George Zimmerman is a socio path, and will repeat his actions. His arrogance after aquittal, will give him confidence, and he'll do it again.

If I were a law student, with high ideals, and hope for the world, eager to graduate and go out into the legal world, and "make my mark",.... the verdict in the GZ case would dishearten and sicken me so much that I'd drop out of law school, and probably join a monastery. Praying morning noon and night for an end to this evil and wicked Generation we are living in today. Can anyone deny my words are true?

In what universe is a jury of 5 white women, and 1 Hispanic woman a "jury of his peers?" it's as if they threw out all the Laws to get George Zimmerman off. this is more than a miscarriage of justice, it's an abortion. When money and power are over-riding the justice system, it's all over. God's judgement will be the final verdict my friends.

All of you complaining about the verdict clearly did not watch the trial at ALL. This was a blatant mistrial on the part of the prosecution yet Zimmerman's case was so rock solid that they still couldn't even do anything. Calling this a miscarriage of justice, a mistake, etc. just outs you as being an emotionally led child. Get over yourselves and actually follow the cases you use to soapbox, you look ridiculous otherwise. Any verdict other than not guilty would have been heinous. Trayvon initiated the physical confrontation, Zimmerman reacted. The ONLY illegal thing done that night was Trayvon assaulting Zimmerman. By the way, the dispatcher (not the police) is obligated to tell the people to stop following because of the liability, and Zimmerman did stop following. You people would know all of this if you weren't naive, race-baiting dolts. Innocent until proven guilty, yet the defense was required to prove Zimmerman's innocence just to abate the ravenous hordes of angry liberals. Absolutely disgusting

Yes, I watched the trial, I read the papers, read all the facts. GZ was on the phone to police when he reported that there was a suspicious black guy walking in the neighborhood. The police dept.then instructed GZ to "stop following him. " At this point, when he continued following him , against the directive of the police dept., he is now "stalking" an innocent 17 year old with a loaded gun. GZ had no right to follow this kid AT ALL. He stalked that kid and provoked him into a confrontation., so that he could create an excuse to kill him. I call that premeditated murder. And if GZ's father wasn't a retired judge, he would be in jail now. GZ is a sociopath, and the legal system is bought and paid for. Mike, you are an Extremely ignorant Moron, and I suspect a racist if you actually know the facts and still agree with the verdict in favor of GZ.. Sad, very sad.

Funny how you quote the dispatcher as saying "stop following him" when they never said that. More facts huh? Look it up. Its obvious you didn't watch the trial.

The dispatcher DID tell GZ to stop following, but that was surpressed at trial. Ask yourself , GZ is just a citizen, not a cop, not a security guard, not authorized to carry a concealed weapon. If the dispatcher Had Not told GZ to stop following, then that would have been highly unusual. Also, Why would Trayvon Martin confront a big fat guy twice his size, especially if he new he was carrying a gun?

GZ's account of the altercation, was clearly a lie, I wish they had given him a lie detector test.

GZ, being the son of a judge, he new the laws well enough to know how to create a situation to provoke TM , and make it appear that he was the aggressor. A civil lawsuit is coming. GZ, is a dangerous sociopathic murderer, and will murder.again. The justice system failed, influenced by racial hatred, money, and influence.

The police tried to sweep this murder under the rug. It was more than 6 weeks before they arrested GZ, after public outrage demanded an arrest in this murder. You'd have to be an ignorant moron not to see the injustice in this case.

The campaign to smear Trayvon Martin was shameful, and useless. They could find nothing on Trayvon Martin, no criminal history, only that he had smoked pot., big deal, so has bill Clinton, George Bush, and Obama.
It was obvious then, that there was big money involved, and people were saying, GZ is going to get away with murder. And he did. And, since the verdict, Social outrage/ Frustration is motivating senseless attacks on innocent people, because George Zimmerman got away with murder.

From the verdict, I guess we all learned that its ok to carry concealed weapons, and murder innocent 17 year old kids, because they have a hooded sweatshirt on.

Nice message, the other commenters were right, social , moral, spiritual and economic decay, we are in the last days .

Bill Lee had been chief of the Sanford Police Department for ten months when the shooting occurred. Prior to Lee becoming chief, the department had been accused of protecting relatives of police officers involved in violent incidents with blacks, and the Martin case increased distrust between the police and Sanford's black community.

Ummm in case you didnt know, carrying a weapon whether its concealed or not is in the Constitution. Yea, that pesky second amendment that allows citizens when permitted to carry a weapon to protect life limb or property. Horrible isnt it?

Actually, the Dispatcher asked "are you following him?". He replied, "Yes". The dispatcher then said "We dont need you to do that". At NO POINT WHAT SO EVER did they say DONT FOLLOW nor did they say STOP FOLLOWING HIM, but if you knew the facts and maybe did a little research instead of following the gospel of Nancy grace, you would have known that and not made a joke of yourself here with your "facts".

Guess what Monica?! He did take a lie detector test the day after he killed Treyvon and guess what? The cops found him to be telling the truth so they let him go. Again,if you are gonna put misleading info and blatant lies out there the least you can do is look them up to see if they are true or not. its obvious that you havent watched or followed the trial in any real detail and you dont have the info to form an informed/educated opinion on the subject and instead interject your own biased hatred and parrot the words of others regardless if they are right as long as if fits your narritive of the story. LOL

Again, you are ok to provide your own opinion but are not allowed to make up your own facts. Treyvon was into much more than just smoking pot like past presidents. According to his school's officials - "It was that M-DSPD internal affairs investigation which revealed in October 2011 Trayvon Martin was searched by School Resource Officer, Darryl Dunn. The search of Trayvon Martin’s backpack turned up at least 12 pcs of ladies jewelry, and a man’s watch, in addition to a flat head screwdriver described as “a burglary tool”." Also, he was suspended for assaulting school staff. Odd, I dont remember Bush, Clinton or Obama beating up teachers or breaking into peoples houses. But you're righyt. He was an angel. Facts only please. Keep emotions out of it.
