Lets see. It's December and there may be one or two bikes on the road. Couldn't the police just waited for the man to be spotted rather than chasing him and possibly killing him in the crash. This was for what ?

Another way this could have been avoided is if the guy wasn't breaking the law or if he stopped when the police wanted him to?

You see, running from the police is suspicious behavior. For all they know he has 2 kilos of drugs or is running because he is wanted for other crimes. If you have nothing to hide you pull over and stop like a normal person.
In your model if police get a report that someone is speeding in a car swerving in and out of traffic like they are drunk the cops should just wait until the drunk crashes into someone and kills them. That's not how it works.

I see no response because I'm right. If this person on the motorcycle cut into your lane and hit you head on killing yor 3yr. old child you would be saying where were the police!!

I can see your point but the facts are that the bike was not stolen nor did they find drugs but instead of using the sophisticated equipment they have showing where police are this officer decided to take the chase mode. He could of caused a serious accident thank god he did not
