I need two hands to count on the cases of (alleged)attempted murder by strangulation just in the last 6 months. I hope (have faith) the courts make an example of all these cowards. NO EXCUSES!!!

I am pleasantly surprised to see him held with no bail. He needs to go directly to prison and stay there.

In this case and other recent cases it seems the judges dont mess around with accused that already have lengthy criminal records which is the way it should be! Thinking about what the victim could have lost no bail is the least they could do for her.

Was this the other guy from The Tankard that was involved with James Martin the other night? Or did the S&E get the names wrong. Last I knew James was going to turn himself in to Leominster PD for his altercation at the bar.

Finally a judge that is awake enough to deny bail to someone on attempted murder. All attempted murders should be denied bail. They are obviously violent people who want to end another person's life.

Good riddance! Any man that needs to use his hands on a female, whether or not she started the fight is not a man AT ALL- learn to walk away, not choke her out - try that in the HOC with someone weaker than you now *&^$bag
