Good for that city NOT ours..This building is in Sterling,IL NOT Charleston. This benefits the city of Sterling,IL and the building owners most, NOT the people in general whos tax dollars subidize most of the rent of the tenets living in them. The same company owns Cougil Manor in Charleston and the new assisted living Heritage Woods Apt building in front of it on Polk Ave. behind County Market. All our goverment assisted rent apts. Who's taxes pays those rent assistance payments to the Yost family who owns all them? Middle class working families. Who benifits most, the Yost family and the goverment...and the buildings tenets. Not the tax payers.
