A fire is still simmering from a spark-up Wednesday afternoon between Atwood and Merino east of Highway 6, kept alive by intense winds and dry conditions. Full Story

I was driving up through Atwood and merino and seen the train going West. The fires sparked every 10 feet or so as the train continued to travel. It was definately the train that started the fires.
