Highway super may face prison time
An elected official from Stephentown, who has served the public for more than two decades, was charged with 24 felony counts in Rensselaer County Court Friday and may serve up to seven years in prison.

it's about time people around 'here' watch where they step ... there's alot of you-know-what being flung around in this 'tiny town'.
thank God this ordeal is over for the Gardner family ...
robert jacon made the right decision under the circumstances.
perhaps the people who are most disappointed in the sentence are the ones you should be keeping a closer eye on.
