They do not use zero chemicals to manufacture the system. The motors, the casings etc, plastic and metal processed in a manner that requires plenty of chemicals and waste. As well the support system for the flywheel batteries are what? Step transformers, what are they made out of? And how many are needed to bring this system onto the grid.

Again TOTAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT

Swinson and the rest of you that side with him, represent the true dumb ass in America today. Fools, everyone of you. Beacon Power is the greenest of green companies which has the technology to truly help this floundering country that lacks an Energy Policy for its citizens at a time when big oil is screwing you in every orifice while taking every penny you own. You are an embarrassment to your country to fight this great Alternative Energy Initiative. People like you are a thousand times more harmful to the planet than a million flywheels. The people of Stephentown, NY will soon understand the historic place they will hold in the history of this great nation in making our world a healthier place for all the children of today and tomorrow to live in. In the mean time your wasting their precious oxygen. Lets pray that the good people of Stephentown don’t get Swinsoned out of their Flywheels.
