Whenever I hit a pothole I always go back to make sure I didn't hurt the pothole. That all makes sense to me

i personally know tressa and i do believe she was drunk when this had happened, she does date a michaels employee and she goes there all the time and just the other day she had a comment on her instant messanger name saying how she was so drunk she had to pull over and sleep on the side of the road. now this was not the same night of the "accident" but she drinks and drives often. she is an awful person and anything she is going through is her own fault. she has hurt a lot of people in her past and if you can not tell the difference between a human and a pothole you should lose your license no doubt about that one. and if she just thought it was a pothole why did she go back? guilty consience she knew she was gonna get caught either way.

Did you read the story in TU about accident in NYC Guy got hit, cars swerved around him. SUV didn't see him and dragged him 20 miles to work. When he parked, his co-worker said "what's that under your car". Nobody is being charged cause it was an accident!

GOOD MORNING "jim" I didn't hear of any cell phone use through this ordeal, but she probably was nervous, and her mind was racing. She might have had one but couldn't use it, or forgot she had one. Someone that called on her probably used one. However, something had to be wrong for her first say that she thought it was a pothole than say that she thought it was a pole. I really don't think she knew what she hit. Even if it was a pole, she still should have stopped because that is still property damage. They didn't say that she had been drinking, but Lord forbid if she was, she might as well flush 20 years of her life down the toilet. I wonder what she was doing in that neighborhood that time of night?

The question was just a thought. Usually its the first questions, Drinking, cell phone use. Then semi dark road. I agree she should have stopped. Was their any damage to the vehicle? Mabey she cliped the man sounding like a pothole hit. These are questions we will never hear answers to.

Why would someone b close enough to the road to get hit? You sure the driver was driving and someone happened to stumble into the road. I was in albany yesturday for the fun and i saw a number of times when this could have happened! two people were at the wrong place at the wrong time thats the bottom line so knock of the bullsh*t

I knew Tressa in high school and she has always been a dangerous driver. I was afraid to be in the car with her after she tried going 100 in a 65 because she thought it would be 'fun'. If you can't tell the difference between driving over something or some one compared to a pothole you are a freaking idiot and that's what she is. She would drink and drive even in high school and is notorius for bad decisions. If you look at her facebook she is drunk in about 80% of the pictures, and constantly talks about how drunk she got the other night. I really hope she looses her license for this because she really shouldn't be allowed to drive especially when she took the life of someone. My condolences to his family.

You guys are all ignorant. Police found she was NOT intoxicated if you actually looked into it. She has something to hide? No, this is a big thing for her let alone anyone to go through, she deleted it so people wouldnt ask her about it and post things to keep bringing it up in her memory. I'm sure you would all do the same. You guys obviously do not know this girl to know she is a smart, loving, caring person who puts anybody before herself. Anytime i have ever needed her she has been there in a second to help and do anything she could. Can you imagine having this on your conscious when its not even her fault. It was just the wrong place at the wrong time. It's hard enough on her to be strong when she has to face something like this. You people feed off putting people at fault. And i agree with the one below me, i hope you guys experience something like this so you can feel and go through what she had to. Maybe that will shut your mouths.
