(I have a Prof in the field, from Texas - yeah, our school ain't too shabby either)

Unfortunately,

in this day and age, many blacks are "learned" to shy away from such topics (topics africans have excelled at, and even some African American slaves like Thomas Fuller).

I'm so glad I was aloud to grow, free, and with love in what ever I decided to do / excelled at...

Jari - you from Texas!? Wow, talk about stereotyping ... my bad, I did not realize you were from Texas. I guess I let 2 chics from there (not every girl from there, just tha 2 or 3) that were messed up in tha head temporarily ruin my image...

I also knew/know a girl who moved from Texas at a young age (teen/preteen) and is pretty smart in math and science.
