Does anyone know Randy Ryno?
Is he a good Juvenile Officer?
Anyone know more about him?

Hi and thank you for responding. Is he a younger man? How well does he deal with and or handle young children?

RANDY RYNO is not even the Juvy officer.
AND he is the best darn caseworker in crawford county. NONE and i mean NONE of the others even do their paperwork.

From my understanding he likes to play to many childish games, and holds young children in different foster care, and only want to do what he wants and when he is ready,if that child is ready to be placed somewhere, then I think he should do everything in his power to get that child a place to live, I know for a fact that he only puts the children where he wants them to go,instead of giving that child to a loving family who could and will love him and take good care of him, but he said, he is not ready to place him yet,,,it would be on his term and no one else's. He will not give this child a chance, and he does not see anyone fit enough to be his guardian, so this child has been in and out of the DCFS system for almost 5 years, and Ryno is still being a hard nosed about it. Just holding a grudge against a child, there for not allowing him to live in a home with a family that loves him.

I would never live in Crawford Co. because the DFS has a bunch of non educated Juvenile Officers working with the children and I think it is a terrible thing.

If you want to talk about uneducated people (who use correct grammar and real words, even!), Mary, you should educate yourself. The uneducated juvenile officers you're speaking about work at the Juvenile Office, in the courthouse. Not at DFS.
