no justice,for childrens division taking our children with no evidence

its very sad to know that we live in a county where tracy roberts and elizabeth warren, with childrens divion can walk in our home whenever they please and take our children with no evididence or facts at all. and they let people like dawn and delbert callahan be foster parents,dawn does not even like children, her own brother has stated that she does not do fostercare for the children,only for the check and food stamps,that she recieves each month, also what kind of court holds and bases any and all cases on opion only,with no evidence, what childrens division and frank schweitzer and nick huchison does not realize yet, is they better be ready for a rude awakening.they are getting the lawsuit of their life,and so is crawford county for allowing this,maybe this will wake them up,but i doubt it,they are not smart people,i wonder where they went to school and how they even got a drivers license,must less any other kind. how many people in this county is this happening to? many i am told. i have contacted washington d.c. and the att. general and many others about this they were shocked to know that this was going on here,after faxing them some paperwork about this. they were shocked.with the help of washington,and the att.generals office this will be taken care of. but it will not stop a major lawsuit against these things that call themselves human. i will keep you posted.

I have been trying to reach Grealdo Rivera about this case, I did accomplish this, much more is yet to come.

I can not ge this Randy Ryno, to do anything,,, just keeps telling me, it's not going to happen,,There is no way I could get my son back out of DFS custody or there care. Something needs to be done there, in that DFS office, and put all of then so called children helpers out of business..they are not right.I will write a letter also, and I will get there attention, about whats going on in Crawford county.

I think Delbert & Dawn Callahan are some really good People and foster parents.. And as for Randy Ryno I think he is the best caseworker in Crawford County Children's division office.
Randy is a very concerned worker, and really gets involved in his chidlren's. They are not just cases to him... or foster parents, Dawn & Delbert Callahan. for that matter.. No one can just take what they get when its' the right things for the children.

Interesting. I've known these two wonderful people my WHOLE life. They are the best parents that God give children. They are terrific foster parents as well. I don't know where you got that they are in it for the money, but it is incorrect. I know for a FACT they don't depend on the check to live. THey live day. When they get teh check it's not what you all think. You cannot rely on a state check as you never know when or IF you are going to get it. As for the food stamps. YOU CANNOT get FOOD STAMP on foster children.

AND he is the best darn caseworker in Crawford county. NONE and i mean NONE of the others even do their paperwork.

I would TOTALLY disagree with you, Are you his friend, or coworker? Have you ever had to deal with him, about getting your child/children back? Have you ever needed to talk to him and he said yes I will call you, then weeks go by and no call from Ryno. He can not be trusted, you can not depend on him, to be there for you, he will not take the best interest of the child, he just uses his title, to do as he pleases, and that is not the right way to do things.

Standing strong I am with you, something needs to be done, these are not real people, we are dealing with , they are just out for them selves and realy they do not care about the child, if a child has a nice and loving home waiting for him then why is it that every time I cal they just keep giving me the runaround about paperwork, home studies, I have done all of that so what is the problem know? they are just playing games with young children's minds and there hearts, it is really sad how much they just move them and there, it should be a crime, they are emotionally abusing there innocent children. They should grow up and do the right thing and have a heart ans a since of being human,,, since you have no feelings at all toward children.

That is very true, we does not call you back and take his time, and never gets anything done, just a waist of time dealing with him and then the DFS will not let someone else take over the case...

I agree with you I also have done all the paper work and home studies and every thing he wanted and needed me to do, so what else, and why is he always stalling, and putting these children through more emotional turmoil,, it is just a selfish act and he should be removed from all cases. He has been on this case for over 3 years and he still does not have a clue what to do with this child, He has a good and loving home to come to so why is he still in temp custody of the state?

well, it's not the case worker's decision on what happend. It's a team decision which includes the parents, case worker, case manager, juvy officers, and then the child attourney. If they agree to send them back or not it STILL isn't their choice. the judge then makes the overall decision.

I fully understand that and I respect all of them working together, but you can not get anything moving with a big block in the road, and that block is Ryno, why doesn't he just step aside and let someone else do his work that is more qualified. He is just a slacker, he will not keep the ball rolling, he just stalls and makes false promises. We deserve the best, for our children,.

I am curious where the best interest of the children lies with the DFS in Crawford Co. Someone has obviously dropped the ball here more than once. As far as the specific workers and the specific foster parents go, I dont think that any names have to be mentioned or personal OPINION matters anymore. The fact of the matter is that children are being cheated. When you have a system that allows children whom were broken 18 times by the age of three weeks and after 17 months there is still no definitive answer as to why. Then someone has failed this child. It seems to me that you could better serve your time by trying to right this terrible wrong and help get something done for these children whom have suffered and will continue to suffer if no answers are found for them. Unfortunately they cannot speak for themselves. Someone has to speak on their behalf!

As far as the DFS coming into peoples homes and removing children with no right to do so, either i have missed something here or there is more to that story. DFS doesnt just randomly enter peoples homes and take away children for no reason. I also dont want to give the impression that I support the Crawford Co DFS either though. They have as I said before, dropped the ball on more than one occasion. If you truly do not have any dirty laundry in your basket, then you should definitely be out there trying to make a difference. If you want to get something done about the system then I strongly recommend that you DO contact the higher authorities and make them aware of what is going on there. Someone needs to speak up and fight for the rights of these children.
