All you lazy filthy people out there need to get rid of the lice that your kids keep. So they stop spreading it around to other clean kids at school. So quit spending your money on meth and treat your kids heads instead of shaving them.

Also remember to treat your own head and any other people at your home.. lice shampoo don't cost alot. If you just lay off the pill and meth for 1 day you should be able to buy treatment for eveyone in your house.

this subject has been addressed before so many times.Even if all the parents treated all the childrens hair, washed all the laundry, washed all the bedclothes, sprayed all the beds and furniture and curtains,it will do no good if the school doesn't try to help with the people who can't or won't do anything about it.When I was a kid in school and got headlice, the nurse would ask if we had lice shampoo and spray to treat EVERYBODY in our household. If we didn't they made sure we got it.They don't do that nowdays.

Really, well if your kid get headlice it is YOUR responsibility to get the shampoo and get everyone taken care of. What happened to people being responsible for themselves? I see people all over the place today that don't take responsibility for what they do or for themselves. They is the taxpayer and they shouldn't the parents of the kids should. NO money? funny the parent have money for everything else except things that matter. They but cigarettes, beer, drugs, lottery tickets, fake hair and nails but can't get for their kids.

Newsflash! Head lice love the clean heads, better than the dirty heads. Grateful I no longer have kids that attend school. If. The school can't control it in the classroom then it will continue to spread.

The school no longer tries to control the head lice. Years ago if you had head lice you went home and stayed home until you were lice free and you were checked when you returned to school and if you were not lice free you went back home. Now the school doesn't even try to control it. It takes too much time and effort to check the heads and enforce the rule.

you may not think that the school shares in the responsibility but they do.It is a matter of public health. It's one thing to get lice.Keeping them is the problem because they are a parasite. It's no different than someone getting an STD.If it's treated it can be no big deal.If not it's a huge problem.

Yes the school should make sure to not let kids back in until the lice and all the eggs are gone. They also should check heads more often, but parents should step up and do thier job too. If you shave a kids head that does not fix it. I also think they should check teacher heads because they are around our kids every day.

There is no shame in getting head lice but when you let your kid get so bad they have nits all over their hair then its a shame. As a parent if you know there is an out break at school check you kid every night or so. How hard is that? Some people wouldn't take car of their own kids no matter what was going on.

That is true. It isn't a shame to get lice. but to keep it is. and knowing your kid has it but yet you do nothing about it. so you just shave your kids heads and hope the problem magically goes away. again like I said stop buying drugs and treat your kids heads. letting your child keep lice is neglect. if you arent going to take care of your kids then give them to the state. at least then they will be taken care of.

It is neglect and should be reported. There is no reason a child should be put through that and the parent do nothing. I would think if a child is out because of it and has not come back then the school should call. The school is responsible to call in any thing that is thought to be neglect or abuse of a child.

Yes, but the school doesn't want to bother. There are alot of things that they are obligated to call about such as suspected abuse but they don't.
