I think you spelled some of that wrong. I think you meant to type 5 years ago tonight, Tyler and Mike ran from the cops, didn't control their vehicle- or did intentionally control it, in a manner that put the officer in fear of his safety.

But that's OK- everyone makes typing mistakes.

So if the officer is a chicken

bob, no mention anywhere of the officer being a chicken,,,,,,.

And to turn it around, if people like Tyler and Mike want to disobey the law, disregard a direct order from an armed law-enforcement officer, and place the safety of the public in jeopardy, then they can with no fear of consequences. Nice society you choose to live in, I would rather those who choose to not follow the laws face punishments for their actions to make the world a safer, better place for my family.

So if your kid was hit by the car mike & Tyler was driving stupidly, then u would of been mad the cop didn't take further action. They were warned, they didn't obey, gun fired. Problem solved. They were.not.victims, they were immature.

I am unaware of a law that sentences immature citizens to the death penalty.

But there are consequences for those actions. It is called jail. The police officer had trapped the truck in a driveway and they were not going anywhere. At that point the cop had done his job. Unfortunately, the cop took it one step further when he and he alone decided that 2 people had to be punished with the death penalty. That one decision is the tragedy of this entire story. The cop then faced his own set of consequences for his action. Two wrongs do not make a right.
