As a community we must stop the wealthy of our county from sucking up grants for thier OWN PERSONEL gain! These funds and grants are suppose to better our community NOT pad their wallets. It is very obvious what is going on and all things come to an end.

i second that emotion and believe the state and federal governments should make available in laymans terms what money is available for what action, not in a paper 1-2 weeks before the deadline of the grant, or loan.

The Halloween TrainRide is going on isn't it? That is such a good treat for the kids. Even the schools around make it into a field day for the students.
