well the only one I would suspect NOT being is the DUI.. And that's the only 1. Danny Spradlin, of Pine Knot, had an indictment returned against him Monday and is facing charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol (DUI), fourth offense, and a second offense charge of operating a motor vehicle while license was suspended for DUI.

Stephanie L. Cramer, of Stearns, is facing two counts of first-degree bail jumping after she allegedly failed to appear for a Circuit Court hearing on two separate occasions.
She was probably too high to remember a court date....

I hated to see Stephanie Cramer's name start appearing on the docket. I meet her once in Sept of 05 and I thought she was so pretty and easy to talk to. She was going to school at the time if I remember right. I really liked her. It's a shame what people can get them selves in to.

A 4th offense DUI is a felony (reason for indictment). Driving on suspended 2nd offense means he didn't take care of his first offense, second offense, or third offense. Meaning he didn't take the classes he was supposed to. If he had done his classes he might not got a fourth.
