John Wayne Alderden did not in fact spend 10 days in jail. He spent 4. And his son has repeatedly been allowed to plea down felony charges to misd. and misd. to nuisance tickets. You can check his record online. It's public info.

Jim Alderden is a first class two faced sheriff. He has most people fooled.

Great article about a great patriot. I am a Larimer County resident and one who has continued to vote for Sheriff Alderden. Most folks in Larimer County are behind him. He misled his constituents and the media for a very short time. I believe his methods broght about the correct result. If there were no term limits, I would wager that he would be elected again.

I accidently had a fire alarm go off and i got charged with false reporting with that charge came 6 months of probation and had to pay $391 for ONE FIRE STATION and i had community service! They had numerous fire stations and alot of other rescue people out there when there are people who were actually dying and hurt that could have used that help. I hope they get charged big time, i have no mercy for anyone who would use their children as a publicity stunt, that is rude and wrong.
