Ugly, disgusting woman who likely lives like a piece of garbage. Why is this news? Like anyone in Virginia gives a BLANK about this....

Stealing from a fund for the CHILDREN? Seriously? It would be helpful if she could be tried and sentenced in Saudi Arabia under their laws!

A felony charge means more than $200.00 was taken. How much more... who knows?? Anyway the case will probably go before the grand jury to be determined if it is a true bill and if so then she will go to trial. But I agree.. why take money from the children?? I agree with New UVA Mom desperate people really do desperately things. Maybe she had good intentions of putting it back..who knows?? Just saying. And for Guy and Sandwich.. not everyone can be as good looking as you and me. hahaha

What was her position in the school? An employee or just another parent? It is too bad she had to stoop to this level for extra cash. Hopefully it wasn't for some cigs and a bud.

Mrs.Tinsley was until yesterday, the president of the P.A.T. She was in charge of collections and operations of almost every fundraiser at Ware. A few parents last year had complaints that fundraising money was "misplaced" or items bought had not been received. The SPD was quoted in the Newsleader that the amount would actually be in the "thousands" range, though the investigation is still on going. Also the Newsleader stated that "The Ware PAT is not under the supervision of the school division" That is a huge red flag! I have been in many school districts all over VA. and have never heard of a PAT not being supervised by the school or divison. Staunton still has a huge mess to clean up & improving school/parent communication should be at the top of that list. As fundrasing was always the most common info sent home last year. Forget telling parents lunch times have been altered by 2-3hrs for SOL testing, just buy things to "support your school" - btw, what responsibility does the Treasurer have? How did it slip past her too?

I think under bad circumstances, anyone can do things they think they would never do. I don't know this woman, but I know we are all human and none of us is perfect.
