Yeah, pictures of kids being raped on his work computer and semen in his chair--I believe it was just research! He's a pervert, but wealthy perverts get to walk.

I agree with SunnySmile. Government by the wealthy, for the wealthy ... Looks like this professor could afford the price of justice.

They should have burned him, too. If I had the chance, I would punch the judge in the face. Maybe someone should look into the judges PC history file. Sounds like he was pretty sympathetic to the pysch prof.

The prof is a perve that deserves prison time. The judge that let him walk is a punk too. Maybe someone should check the judges pc history. Sounds like they may be brothers in arms. I think I am more pissed at the judge for being such a wiener. Of course the prof wanted to skate, but it was up to the judge not to allow it. Find out the judges name, I will personally punch him in the face.

This guy has always been a jerk> Back in 2007 he was a juror and caused a mistrial for blurting out his opinion nduring the trial. That judge didn't think so highly of him. That was Judge Thomas Wood. He's retired now, sad to say. From the News Virginian: "Blackwell made headlines in 2007, when as a juror in an Augusta County baby drowning case, he spoke up while watching an interrogation video to call it “coercion.” The judge declared a mistrial and called Blackwell “pompous and arrogant beyond belief.”"
