Second judge ponders Va.'s same-sex marriage ban
A Virginia federal judge said Wednesday that he has not decided whether he needs to rule on a class-action lawsuit seeking the right for same-sex couples in the state to marry, since another federal judge already has struck down the state's ban.

Thank goodness! Same sex has been banned for a reason - because it is Biblically wrong and stands against what our nation was founded on. Marriage is between one woman and one man. If same sex people want to recognize that they are "together" let's call it "union" or some other name. It is not a marriage - legal and ordained by God. Please do not let Virginia shame itself by becoming another to let down it's moral beliefs and shame what this country was built upon.
