It is similar to the ratings given to restaurants, but, here the govt also rates daycares. My daughter goes to KidsRkids in charlotte. http://ncchildcaresearch.dhhs.state.nc.us/sea... Just plug in your zipcode and search. You can see any problems or visits/penalties.
