Hey Gatorbuilt, I am in the market for a rental condo in the Troutman- Mooresville area or possibly in Statesville. I want a good neighborhood and a nice condo.

I'm afraid I don't develop condos here in Iredell Cunty, strictly single-family homes...In my opinion you're going to be pressed to find a condo market in Statesville or Troutman, they are both mostly small-townish single-family homes, as os most of Central/North Iredell County...for the same money you surely can get a modest rental home with privacy, likely some decent property(.5-1 acre), fence, etc, especially in the current market conditions...the quality condo market just hasn't hit these towns compared to say Charlotte, Huntersville, Mooresville, etc...just let me know if I can be of any assistance to you, I'd be glad to help if I can....let me know where you're coming from, etc, if you are relocating to the area, I have plenty of Real Estate folks whom I work with.

It is great that we all live within a 25 mile radius, we should plan a get together in Statesville this summer and just see how many of us hillbillies there really are in our area. My husband and I are not from WV but from the very eastern tip of KY. It is hard to meet new people. We are getting ready in the next 3 months to become new parents. If there are any new parents or new parents to be from WV or KY we would love to meet you.

I lived in Statesville for 4 yrs. and moved back to WV in Feb. I enjoyed living there, enjoyed the weather, but the economy was getting bad there too, and I lost my job due to downsizing. I'm happy to be back home. I'm originally from Clarksburg. Have a great day all, I'm enjoying the first days of fall here. I'm anxious to experience all 4 seasons again :) God Bless!

Hey everyone, I'm looking for an old friend,(Gary Pendry) heard he moved to your town. Anyway I'm trying to find his cousin Bear (tim),I lost touch with him & his wife. I left Ft. Bragg, N. Carolina back in the early 80's,& would love to find them! Thought if I found Gary I can find Bear & Sonja! I hope someone can help me !!
