Since moving here from another state, I have noticed a sense of high disregard for posted speed limits both in town and out on the open highways I have see cars and trucks go through school zones where warning signs were flashing the posted speed and totally ignore the signs. It appears to me that the only purpose speed limit signs serve is to decorate the roadsides and streets. Maybe a local police cruiser with a RADAR gun would give these signs more meaning,
