Is Somerset a corrupt community?

Bob_L Somerset, WI	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #1 Dec 3, 2012 Whilst working in Western Wisconsin and particularily the area around Somerset, I heard some pretty unbelievable stories from the locals. The tone always seemed to be "Hush Hush" - but, in a nutshell, they are stories of corruption including life threatening violance. Does anyone know if Somerset is as corrupt as some say?
