Settlement reached in Mecosta County water case
#1 Jul 8, 2009
It's hard to call this a victory despite the compromise that was reached between the two parties. The simple fact is bottled water companies like Nestle are taking public resources, which should belong to everybody, and making them private commodities. They're selling what should be free at thousands of times the price it normally is. It's too bad Nestle exists to begin with.
