This is a company located right here in stanville Ky. That we the community have put up with for years. From all the bad traffic on the highschool road. All the way over to the river I know all the old tanks are leaking bad. Causeing the soul to be not up to epa standereds. Over at the plant where some fuel oil and crud is stored they pump there containments over the bank right into the river. I wish the EPA would set on this bunch Chris Tomlinson thinks he owns them and can do what ever he wants up there but it is our community . THere should be something done about it. There is trucks that are not safe to be on the road. and drivers that have been let take drug test up to as many times as it takes to pass just so they can drive. We the people should stand up to KORC and do something about this. after all everything they use cause cancer. they are not worried cause they spend all there time in Florida and in there condos. It makes me sick. I am gonna make all this public I have video on my phone of them pumping contanmiated water right into the river. The EPA Has the report all I need is some more people to go after them. PLEASE this could effect your kids. Even the workers are standing with me on this to make it a safer place to work

You sir are only part right , This company has very few trucks if any that are not just a few years old & leased through a lease company & kept up by that company even replaced every few years they the lease company has a small repair shop behind the Cardinal Mart at Stanville where they do small repairs & send larger ones out to the bigger shops .

As for the drivers they have some fine drivers that have been there for years & years some close to retirement age , some retired & came back & yes some new out of driving school Which the Government mandates their license to operate these trucks & that don't mean everything to they get seat time but it's something people that have never driven one just can't fully understand .

As for oil & fuel spills if you Google the EPAs page you will notice they know about their spills along with many more up & down the Big Sandy in our area it's something that comes along with certain types of work , yes there are trade offs but they have to be minimized & they are monitored.

I'm not saying some things don't slip by that shouldn't but do your research instead of trying to hurt people in our little community that at least bring jobs to others , If they aren't satisfied with those jobs they normally use them as a stepping stone for experience which is also what it is about .
