Yeah,he is scum, but unless he raped them, they should have used protection. It takes two and you should treat all partners like they have a disease.

ok ok ok... where's all the Bible quoters? Here we have a story about a heterosexual "deviant" and NOTHING from King James?? How come you people only surface when the same type of story is reported about a gay person?? PROOF that AIDS does not discriminate- PEOPLE do.
Gay or straight doesn't matter. Anyone who does not agree that this guy is one VERY sick individual has serious problems themselves. I'm not what you may refer to as a "Bible qouter" but I strongly believe there is a very special place waiting for people like him.

What place is that, HELL? Lol
Dont be so pathetic... theres no such place.
I do agree that person is a sicko and deserves more, but trust in God that he will bring justice to these guys vitims. No, he wont burn him for ever and ever in Hell. He will just cut him from existence. Hell=eternal distruction.
Not a physical place where people will be tortured for eternity. That would be too cruel for a God of love.

You have your belief and I'll have mine. No need to resort to childish name calling is there?

Why is it that our justice system has once again failed innocent victims by giving this monster only 15 years when they (the victims) received a life sentence?

This is such an outrage and more people should speak up for the people who are now infected and have a death sentence over their heads.

Why do we have a "range" 10-15 years. Why not just give him 15 years and keep him there until he does his time. Especially for a CSC crime.
I think when you physically harm another person you should get a flat sentence and serve it.
I agee with you Lisa, becaues they give more time to people who sell drugs or for drunk driving. Not saying neither one is right. But come on,you don't see many people getting much time for csc's or rapes. They should have a mandatory minimum on such cases like these.Especially when it has to do with children or women.Drug dealers make choices, children have none.

They do have a set standard for the csc.
