ANAHEIM Police actions escalated tension and put bystanders in harm's way in the moments after officers shot and killed an unarmed man who had run for them, according to legal claims filed against the city.

No problem. The police are Union and don't have to pay a penny to the attackers. The pitiful tax slaves will be forced to pay the tab as always. This will be like hitting the Lotto for the perps who caused the riots.
