Has anyone and Im sure that youve noticed in the Lincoln Co. court news of the number of people that have no insurance. the biggest majority of the are charged with speeding, reckless driving,Drunk driving, running stop signs and so on. I know that a lot of good people cant afford it. But its the bad ones that are causing the ones that do have insurance to pay so much. Why dont the insurance companies lower the rates as to were people can afford it?But if they do the courts,Kap and so on wont make any money

They can't really lower the rates because of the people you mentioned. The speeders, reckless drivers, drunk driving morons.
It sure would be nice if insurance companies were able to look at each individual person, their driving habits/records, and give a quote based on each individual person, rather than having to group us all, but, they don't. You have to look at it from THEIR viewpoint. They're trying to make money. Hiring more people to investigate each individual person might cost more than it earns. It's not fair to us, but asking them to lose money wouldn't be fair to them either. Tough world.
