Why was this thread removed? Somebody couldn't take hearing how he murdered poor Nathaniel? He's a child murderer and the entire community needs to know about it.

Personally I think he should be the only one consider that. I believe the welfare of a minor should be in the hands of the parents or parent. I think this low life mom should be punished also.

Not taking up for Jason but before we get on here and dog him We all should make sure that he is the one done this. Mom could just be lying...

He admitted to biting the child. Nathan had many many many bite marks on him. That was totally uncalled for. I don't see the mother in Eastern State trying to cover her a$$. And that's exactly what he's doing, thinking he's going to cop an insanity plea. Every dog has there day and he'll get his.

not to be mean but I did hear that he was going to offered a plea deal for 5 years. Like I said that only hear say....Honestly I wasn't defending Jason in no way but my point is that little boys mother is no better than Jason because no one can tell that she didn't know what kind of life style her kid was living in especially when its the same one as her.

I doubt that he would be safe until his day in court in jail. Most peole, including jailbirds don't like people that abuse kids. I think law enforcementhad no choice but to put an obviously crazy person in Eastern State.

Noble told police she was leaving the home she shared with boyfriend Jason Napier on Rice Lane in Stanford when the child tried to follow her and fell down some stairs, hitting his head on the concrete, according to Folger.

Noble said she took the child into the home, where Napier was sleeping, but found the child unresponsive when she returned.

Now what mother would leave a four year old with someone who is sleeping after the baby hit his head on concrete... Maybe Jason woke up and freaked out when he found the child not responding. and tried everyting he could to get him to wake up.... Maybe he went to far, but the mother should have never left that baby....

I agree too. You shouldn't judge until you have all the facts. Three people can be watching and hearing the exact same thing and see it three different ways. The only known fact for sure is that a sweet precious child has died and it will effect so many lives forever.

i heard that nathan had 26 bite marks on him and that he was bit because he wouldnt wake up. I agree that no mother in her right mind would leave her child no matter how old with someone who was asleep when the child just hit there head on concreet. just maybe jason did wake up to find the baby un responcive and that the mother is not only trying to cover for herself but for jason to. either way i think they were both druggies and at least the baby is in a better place and away from what he was appearantly going threw

i agree what mother would leave a child that just fell and hit his head with someone that wuz asleep but my question is what mother would leave a 4 yr old child up running around with someone that wuz asleep while she went 2 the store what kind of store wuz she going 2 that she couldn't take the child or atleast wait till jason got up seems 2 me her going 2 the store wuz more important 2 her than her child

I heard there was only two steps going in the door and there was no concrete around them if he fell down two steps he would have hit the ground not concrete, this is just what I was told so I am not for sure but I do think that both of them should be in jail.

I have a 4 year old son. And I know Jason Napier. I think that he should get the same f*cking thing done to him. Let someone hold him down and chew him up like a d*mn piece of meat. As for the mother I think someone should beat her f*cking brains out for ever moving the baby into the house with a junkie in the first place. Where is this kids dad. If I were him I would be the first lined up to take care of them!!

Well heres the thing. I agree these deserve the max, but as for the kids dad, there are other kids involved so why would he do something iganort and get life behind bars when the other kids need him. 2 wrongs do not make a right. It's not anything for us to judge anyway, god will take care of all involved in this tragedy.

People if you think a child is being abuse please call and report it,you don't have to give your name, and sometimes it does'nt do any good but at least you know you tried to help a little one, I was told one neighbor heard that little one screaming some times but did'nt want to get involved, if they had reported this he just might still be alive, now I am not putting the blame on the neighbors there is nobody to blame but the mother and her boyfriend and both should be sitting in jail.

only 3 ppl know what happened and 1 of them will never be able 2 tll it seems 2 me that everyone just assumes jason did it and that he's guilty after all he wasn't the boy's father well let's assume that the mother is the 1 that's guilty do you think she should get life so let's stop assuming and wait 4 the truth 2come out and why you're talking about our area atleast we know how 2 spell the word baby
